YEAR 9 ADMISSIONS FOR 2026

To apply for Year 9 for September 2026, applications should be made via Staffordshire County Council or your Local Authority if you do not live in Staffordshire. The easiest way is online via https://www.staffordshire.gov.uk/Education/Admissions-secondary/Apply/Overview.aspx.

We are very proud of Wolgarston, and if you would like your child to join us in September 2026, we would like to invite you to our Year 9 Open Evening on Thursday 9th October 2025 from 17:00-19:00 where you will hear presentations from our Senior Leadership Team and Head Boy and Girl about life and expectations at Wolgarston. All subject areas of our school will be open and Staff will be on hand throughout the evening to answer any queries you have. Please contact office@wolgarston.staffs.sch.uk to register your interest for this.

If your child attends either Brewood or Penkridge Middle School you will receive more information regarding our Open Evening in the coming weeks.

Should your child not attend one of these schools, please contact the school office who will ensure you receive information about the evening. 

Applications must be submitted by 31st October 2025 to ensure the best chance of securing a place at our School. 

YEAR 12 ADMISSIONS 

• Late applications for our Sixth Form at Wolgarston will be welcome until 30 September 2025. 
• If you would like to join Wolgarston Sixth Form in September 2026, please visit us on Thursday 20th November 2025 from 17:00-19:00 for our Open Evening.  Please contact office@wolgarston.staffs.sch.uk to register your interest for this.
